T40-1200

The T40-1200 is a plug and play, fully automatic baking dry cabinet which is stable at 40°C and ≤5%RH. It is especially designed to reset floor life of moisture sensitive SMD packages in compliant with J-STD-033B at the lowest possible baking temperature.

Offers a wider application in resetting the floor life - Moisture sensitive SMD packages which are exposed to air and exceed the floor life can be stored in the T40-1200 for recovering 100% of the floor life. (refer to J-STD-033B table 4-1, 4-3)

Decreases costs and saves labor - SMD packages shipped in low temperature carriers should not be baked in conventional high temperature oven with temperatures above 40°C as it will cause deformation. By storing and baking parts in the T40-1200, operators do not have to supply thermally safer carrier, and do not have to transfer the components for one to the other.

Flexibility of operation - The T40-1200 can with run with heaters and dryers or with the dryers alone. The cabinet can operate as a standard Utra Dry cabinet reaching ≤5%RH with no heating at all

Built data collection - The data logger automatically records the RH and temperature inside the cabinet. The Humidity manager software can save the data to files, and produce colour graphs for display.
