The HT4 Display is a digital wall mounted unit which displays the ambient temperature and humidity. The upper display area shows the current temperature in degrees centigrade, while the lower display area shows the current relative humidity (RH).
The user can set upper and lower limits for both temperature and humidity. If any limit is exceeded, the system will alarm both audibly and visually by turning on a buzzer and flashing alarm lights on the display.
For instance, if the RH is set with an upper limit of 50%, when the ambient humidity exceeds 50%, the system will alarm by setting of the buzzer and flashing light.
In addition, the display has 2 power outputs so that if the humidity exceeds the upper limit, an external device such as a dehumidifier can be turned on, and if the humidity goes below the lower limit, a humidifier could be turned on.
The unit records and stores the temperature and humidity data, and can transmit that data by RS232 to a PC running the optional management software.
