The
model A35 and A235 sealers can be used for vacuum sealing a variety of products
such as bare printed circuit boards, populated circuit boards and moisture
sensitive components (MSDs). Both machines can vacuum the air from the bag
before sealing to reduce the total air and moisture contained in the sealed
bag.
The units can be used for sealing MSDs in dry pack when used with a properly
sized desiccant pouch and humidity indicator card (HIC).
The sealers are standard with a support tray mounted in front of the sealer
to hold the moisture barrier bag and product. The A35 sealer is also available
with a optional gas purge option, so that a gas such as Nitrogen or Argon
can be injected into the bag between vacuums, to reduce or eliminate oxygen
or moisture from the bag.
An optional multi-position work stand holds the sealers at different angles
and heights, and comes with wheels for easy re-positioning.
